Internal Regulations

Dear Guests, for your peaceful and comfortable stay, we kindly ask you to observe the established house rules of Hotel Motto:

  • Presentation of valid identification documents at the reception is required upon check-in. Only registered guests may stay in the hotel and are allowed access to the hotel rooms.
  • Upon departure, please vacate your room by 12:00 noon. Check-in to hotel rooms begins after 14:00.
  • In case of late check-out, when possible and agreed in advance with Reception, an additional fee applies as follows:
    • check-out by 18:00 – 50% of the nightly rate;
    • check-out after 18:00 – 100% of the nightly rate.
  • In the event of extending your stay beyond the originally declared period, the hotel reserves the right to offer rooms different from those initially assigned.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the hotel rooms or in any enclosed areas.
  • Please do not smoke, as the hotel is equipped with smoke detectors that activate an audible alarm.
  • Smoking is permitted on terraces and in designated smoking areas only.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Guests are kindly requested to maintain silence and respect the right to rest of other guests during the hours from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 10:00, designated for afternoon and night rest.
  • Rooms must be kept clean and all furnishings and equipment used only for their intended purpose.
  • Bringing bicycles, scooters, bulky items, flammable or explosive substances into the common areas or hotel rooms is prohibited.
  • Removal of hotel property is prohibited. Hotel Motto reserves the right to charge guests for the costs of repairing damage to hotel property caused by intentional, negligent, or careless actions. If such damage is identified, guests will be notified and asked to pay the cost in accordance with the current price list.
